LOK/Movies/&Boredom

My morning started out with a cup of coffee. Okay not really; I can't stand the taste of coffee but I probably could of used the caffeine. I stayed up late last night watching Legend of Korra.
I actually watched it twice yesterday. The first time was live on tv at my friend's house. And when I got home I watched it again because I had recorded it on my DVR. I was pretty bummed that Tahno didn't make an appearance. I really hope he does this season. Varrick just might be my favorite character this season though. He's too fab.
Also, okay. I'm happy for them and all, but I found the makorra parts slightly annoying. I really hope this season doesn't revolve around them the entire time. I'm really rooting on Bolin&Eska though. I love the way Eska talks. "Why are you initiating in physical contact with another woman?" ahaha.

Today I watched Life Of Pi. Which turned out to be a pretty interesting movie. Though, my mom had to explain most of it to me because I couldn't really grasp at the ending. It was like a chose which story you believe sort of thing.
Then after that movie ended, I was flipping through the channels&saw that Carrie was on, but it was almost over. Just in time though when they were slaughtering the pigs to collect their blood. Hah. Just what you would expect from a Stephen King movie. I'm quite glad that they remaking it because the one I watched ended terribly&was nothing like the book at all. I mean it was fine until the ending. Carrie originally dies in the book, but they let her live in the movie&run away??? No. Just no. The remake comes out next month&I am very excited to see it!

Then around like 6, my mom said to get ready because we had to go to this firemen's dance?? I was to change into a nicer shirt because apparently a tie dye FFA shirt wasn't gonna cut it. So I put on my unicorn shirt. I literally just own graphic tees pretty much.
I asked if there would be food there&she said no, but we would get something to eat beforehand. We ended up going to Subway, which I'm not a big fan of, but hey, food. Then before we left, I snuck the cookies I got with my meal into my mom's purse so I could eat them at the dance.
The dance was pretty boring in my opinion. I'm not about dances really. I just sat at a table and drew on the pamphlet. I even won at a thumb war agains my mother. 2 hours later, I was practically falling asleep at the table. My mom's boyfriend had arrived so I had no one to talk to anymore. She asked if I wanted to go home&I nodded. She gave me her car keys&said I could drive home if I wanted. Either that or look alive&have some fun.
I took the keys&made my way to her car.
That was probably one of the most terrifying moments of my life. I had never drove her hercar before&that thing is really low to the ground&I couldn't see too well over the wheel&I'm pretty tall for a girl. Everything about driving the car felt really...weird. It was nothing like my own&I felt like I was at behind the wheel again. All nervous&laughing hysterically. Pretty sure I went 20 mph the whole way there but hey, I made it back. It was only like a 5 minute drive back.

&so here I am typing this blog entry. As a dragonfly flies around the room. Either that or a giant ass mosquito&if that's the case, I'm getting the hell out of this room.
I don't need none of that.
Nuh-uh.
